What delivery services do we use?
All Monkeyboards orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
When will my order be dispatched?
Dispatch times vary depending on the item ordered:
- Accessories: dispatched within 1 working day
- Hangboards and larger items: dispatched within 1-3 working days
- Apparel: fulfilled separately, so dispatch and delivery times may vary
Please note that dispatch time is the time it takes us to prepare and send your order. Delivery time begins once the parcel has been dispatched.
How much does delivery cost ?
For accessories, delivery costs are:
United Kingdom: Free delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class
European Union: GBP 5.99
Europe non-EU: GBP 6.49
Everywhere else: GBP 8.99
For hangboards and larger items, delivery costs are:
United Kingdom: Free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48
European Union: GBP 6.99
Europe non-EU: GBP 6.99
Everywhere else: GBP 9.99

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the UK, the European Union, Europe outside the EU, and the rest of the world.
Why is apparel different?
Apparel is fulfilled separately from our other products, so shipping costs and delivery times may vary. If your order includes apparel, delivery details may differ from the rates shown above.
What should I do if my shipment hasn’t arrived?
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via the contact page or by email and we’ll look into it for you.
What if my parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not arrive?
If your shipment is missing, arrives damaged, or shows signs of tampering, contact Monkeyboards immediately with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the damaged or tampered parcel or products, where relevant
We’ll investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that claims for items damaged during delivery must be reported within 2 weeks of the delivery date.

Yes. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to courier delays, busy periods, or destination-related issues.
